The twenty sixth Argo Data Management Team meeting is a hybrid meeting hosted by Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution during the week of 20 – 24 October 2025.
The Argo Data Management Team Meeting is a time for the data managers who contribute to international Argo to come together and discuss technical matters pertaining to the Argo data stream.
During the week, the ADMT-26 meeting will cover all data management related topics, including:
- the real time data stream for OneArgo
- the delayed mode data stream for OneArgo
- pilot data
- GDAC status
- format and vocabulary issues
- data access and archival

There is an in-person registration fee. There is no fee for virtual participation, but you must register to gain the link to the meeting.
After registering via the link above, further instructions will be emailed on how to access the Zoom link for the meeting.

Technical details
We are using a Google Folder, entitled, ‘ADMT-26 meeting‘ to share documents and presentations. Instructions will be sent to all speakers the week of 13 October.
The ADMT-26 meeting will be using Slack as a way to communicate with each other. If you need an invitation to the Argo Slack Workspace, email argo@ucsd.edu. All registered participants will be added/invited to the ADMT-26 meeting channels during the week of 13 October.
Zoom will be used as the virtual meeting platform. All participants will need to register once for the Zoom meeting. This additional registration will be sent out to all registered participants by 17 October. If you have not received any information about the Zoom registration after 17 October, email argo@ucsd.edu.
