Travel

The closest airport is the San Diego International Airport.  There is no easy public transportation from the airport to La Jolla.  It is recommended that you use Uber, Lyft or a taxi.

Parking

Public parking is not available on the Scripps Institution of Oceanography campus.  The building for the meeting is the Scripps Seaside Forum (see map for exact location).  Attendees are encouraged to walk from a local hotel or use Uber, Lyft, etc.  There is limited street parking available on La Jolla Shores Drive, but it fills up early in the morning due to surfers and Scripps people.
