AST-21 meeting and OceanPredict Workshop

in Southampton the week of 16 – 20 March, 2020.

The twenty first Argo Steering Team meeting will be hosted by the National Oceanography Centre, in Southamton, UK, the week of 16 – 20 March 2020.

The Argo Steering Team Meeting is a time for the national groups who contribute to international Argo to come together and discuss logistical and technical matters pertaining to the Argo array.

The Argo Steering Team wants to strengthen links to the ocean forecasting, reanalysis, and seasonal prediction communities. To facilitate this, there will be a one day Argo – BGC-Argo – Ocean Predict Workshop on Monday, 16 March, 2020.

On Tuesday March 17th, there may be another BGC-AST session in the morning and an all day vendor session.

All Monday and Tuesday sessions, excluding the AST executive meeting, will be open.

The AST executive meeting will be held on Tuesday.

The plenary AST meeting will be held 18 March 2020 through 20 March 2020.

The first day of the AST meeting, Wednesday the 18th, will be open. The last two days will be closed.
