The twenty first Argo Data Management Team meeting will be hosted by AOML in Miami, Fl, USA on a virtual meeting during the week of 29 November – 4 December 2020.

The Argo Data Management Team Meeting is a time for the data managers who contribute to international Argo to come together and discuss technical matters pertaining to the Argo data stream.

All three events will move ahead virtually, but exact scheduling for each sessions is unknown at this point.  The ADMT co-chairs will soon poll the ADMT for their preference of time slots for the three ADMT-21 plenary sessions.

• The DAC workshop may involve one 3 hr session this week with follow-ups occurring shortly after
• The 9th BGC-ADMT will have sessions
• The 21st ADMT will have several sessions

Please check back for more information as it becomes available.  In the meantime, we do still encourage you to register for the meeting as attendees will be sent information about the various sessions based on their registration.

Instructions for speakers

Due to the limited time in the virtual meeting, the ADMT is asking speakers to prepare a regular length presentation to be submitted by Wednesday November 25, 2020 and which will be made available to participants for background information.  Presentations can be slides, a pdf, a recorded version of the talk with voice-over, etc.  For the virtual sessions, the ADMT is asking for a short summary of the key points and/or requests of the ADMT which is to be submitted by Sunday November 29, 2020.  Thanks for your understanding and be on the look out for more information about how to submit your presentation prior to the meeting.  A link to a Google Drive folder will be provided for speakers to upload presentations.
