The sixteenth Argo Steering Team meeting will be hosted by IFREMER and JCOMMOPS in Brest, France, 18-20, March 2015.

The Argo Steering Team Meeting is a time for the national groups who contribute to international Argo to come together and discuss logistical and technical matters pertaining to the Argo array.

The AST-16 meeting will take place 18-20 March 2015 in the Salon de l’Océan on the IFREMER Campus. Start time is 9am and the meeting is expected to last three full days.

The AST-16 executive meeting will take place on 17 March 2015 at 5pm on the IFREMER Campus.

Access to IFREMER is restricted to people registered to attend the meeting and an original valid form of ID must be shown at the security gate. Attendees will be issued an official meeting badge valid for the duraction of the meeting which should be worn at all times.

Lunch will be at the IFREMER restaurant and tickets will be available during coffee breaks on March 18. Tickets cost 8,0 euros and only cash is accepted. The ticket includes a main course and a drink.

There will be a social event on the evening of 18 March 2015. Bus transportation will be provided to Océanopolis Aquarium for the event and back to downtown Brest at the end of the evening.
