Information for the ADMT-20 Meeting

The twentieth Argo Data Management Team meeting will be hosted by Laboratoire D’Océanography de Villefranche-sur-mer 13 – 18 October 2019.The Argo Data Management Team Meeting is a time for the data managers who contribute to international Argo to come together and discuss technical matters pertaining to the Argo data stream.

All meetings will be in the Auditorium of the Jules Barrois Building.

There will be an Argo visualization and web app do-a-thon on Sunday 13 October and Monday morning 14 October. The workshop will start at 8h00 on Sunday and end at 18h30. On Monday, it will start at 8h30 and end at 12h30.

The morning of the 14th will be dedicated to an EA-RISE WP4 meeting.

There will be a Biogeochemical Argo Data Management meeting on 14 – 15 October 2019. The afternoon session on the 14th is from 13h30 to 18h00. The full day session on Tuesday is from 8h30 to 17h00.

The ADMT executive committee meeting will take place on the 15th of October from 17h00 to 19h00.

The plenary sessions for the ADMT will be on 16 – 18 October 2019. The meetings will start at 8h30 each morning and end around 17h30 on Wednesday and Thursday and around 13h00 on Friday.

There will two evening activities:

  • An ice-breaker event on Monday at 18h30 on the “Dock of the Galériens”
  • A social event on Wednesday at 19h30 at the “Galériens”
